01 — Selected work

Two systems,
one principle.

The best interfaces do not hide complexity. They give it a shape people can trust.

Case 01

B2B / OPS

DOCUMENT CONTROL CENTER · 2023—24

From a folder maze to a shared point of view.

The team had the files. What they did not have was a reliable answer to: what is current, who owns it, and what happens next?

THE FRICTION

Critical project documents were scattered across nested folders and chat threads. Reviewers spent time hunting for context instead of making decisions.

MY ROLE

Product design from discovery through shipped UI: workflow mapping, information architecture, interaction patterns, and a reusable component library.

VISION ANNOTATION STUDIO · 2022—23

When every pixel teaches the next model.

Annotation is repetitive until the edge case appears. I designed a workspace that makes speed and judgment work together.

THE CHALLENGE

Annotators switched between a canvas, label menus, and QA notes. Small context gaps created expensive rework downstream.

MY ROLE

Research, task modeling, interaction design, and prototyping with ML engineers and annotation leads across three workflows.

−19%QA rework on edge cases

02 — Approach

Clarity is a
team sport.

I work close to the people who know the problem best, then make the invisible visible.

01

Frame the real problem

Align on the decision we need to improve, not just the screen we need to ship.

02

Model the system

Map actors, states, and exceptions until the product has a shape everyone can reason about.

03

Make it tangible

Prototype the moments that carry risk, then use real content to pressure-test the details.

04

Ship the learning

Partner with engineering through release so the shipped product keeps the intent intact.

03 — About

A calm partner for messy problems.

I am a product designer who enjoys the part of the work where the map is still blank. Over the last 3+ years, I have worked on internal tools, AI workflows, and systems where a small interaction can change an entire team's rhythm.

My north star is simple: make the next right action easier to see, understand, and take.
